Our approach to security

Security is not simply about placing a guard at a location. Effective security requires understanding the risks, establishing clear procedures, monitoring performance and responding quickly when circumstances change.

At On Duty Security, we work closely with our clients to understand each site before deploying personnel. Assignment instructions, access requirements, patrol responsibilities, incident procedures and reporting expectations can be established according to the needs of each contract.

Our objective is straightforward: provide a reliable security presence that protects people and assets while allowing our clients to concentrate on their operations.

Compliance & Professional Standards

On Duty Security Ltd is committed to maintaining high standards across recruitment, vetting, deployment and service delivery.

Our security personnel are selected according to the requirements of each assignment, with appropriate checks, licences and qualifications verified before deployment.

Where applicable, our procedures take account of recognised security industry standards, including BS 7858 for security screening and vetting and relevant standards for security dog operations.

We also maintain operational records such as attendance, patrol activity, incident reporting and site documentation to provide clients with greater visibility and accountability.
